Grab a bag and fill it with non-perishable items for a family’s breakfast. Examples: Pancake mix, syrup, juice, and canned/jarred fruit; or Cereal, juice, and canned/jarred fruit; or Hot Cereal, juice, and fruit. September 22nd is the 4th Sunday collection, but you may bring your donations at any time and place them in the grocery cart in the hallway near the library. Monetary donations are welcome, as well—just mark Food Pantry on your donation. The Sewickley Community Food Pantry provides assistance to persons with Sewickley, Leetsdale, Coraopolis, or Ambridge zip codes, and is open on Wednesdays from 11:30am to 1pm. It is located at 15 Chadwick Street in Sewickley (part of the Community Center). Grocery bags with a suggested items list will be available in the back of the sanctuary.
