The challenge has been announced—will you step up to make it happen?
If the Pumpkin Patch schedule is filled through next Sunday (at least 1 person per shift on weekdays, at least 2 on weekends) by noon tomorrow, Monday, October 17, Diane Bartley will take a pie to the face, and it will be recorded for all to see! Pastor Hannah added that if all shifts for the following week are filled by noon on Tuesday, October 18, she will join Diane and also take a pie to the face.
For those who have been hesitant to volunteer, we hope this challenge will entice you! There are openings every day except tomorrow. Please help fill the schedule so Diane and Pastor Hannah can enjoy the sweet taste of pie all over their faces.
There is no need to lift pumpkins and the pumpkins sell themselves. We just need friendly faces. Never worked The Patch? Signup with someone else for great on-the-job training. Please consider signing up for 2 (or more) hour shifts. Maybe even the same shift each week. Here's the link to volunteer to work at The Patch, or call the church. To sign up, put a checkmark in the time(s) you can volunteer, click the “submit and sign up” button, add your name (email & phone are optional), and click on the “sign up now” button. It’s so easy, especially if you aren’t using a phone! (We are using the free version, so you will see some ads) If you add your email address when signing up for a shift, you will automatically receive a reminder email a couple of days before your shift. If you want to change a time you signed up for, you can create a sign-up account and edit it yourself or contact Pam in the office or Diane Bartley.
