Come to our annual church picnic where we break bread with our family at St. Matthews AME Zion and St. Paul’s Lutheran Churches. We’ll be at War Memorial Park, Shelter #1 (Blackburn Road, pass YMCA, make left into lot after paddle courts). We will provide the beef and veggie burgers and hotdogs. Gather at 12:30; prayer and the feast begin at 1:00 pm. Bring lawn chairs (available seating is limited) and a side dish or dessert to share. If you have kids, there is a playground and creek access, so you may want to bring water shoes and towels as well.
