This year we continue our tradition of collecting NEW hats, mittens, gloves, scarves, socks, and gifts for the children and youth at Kidcelerate (formerly Bethany House). Requested sizes range from toddler to adult. Clothing may be placed on the "mitten tree" in the sanctuary. Watch for information about the Christmas gift program in future bulletins. The last day to donate will be December 17th. Kidcelerate, located in Northview Heights, is a ministry of United Methodist Church Union, providing child-centered enrichment programming and nutritious meals to children and youth living in this economically distressed neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
