I want to say a big thank you to everyone who helped support or attended the Longest Night Prayer Vigil in December. It was a very moving event, and I’m glad we were able send our collective prayers to God in sympathy for the victims and in the hope for a more peaceful future. I would like to invite everyone to our first committee meeting of 2025 on February 5th at 6:00 pm in the Simpson Room at the church. We’ll be planning for our future prayer vigils and how we want to be involved in Pride this year. Please come with ideas of ways we can support our community and amplify the voices of marginalized people. This meeting is open to everyone, so feel free to invite others who may be interested.
