Do you miss having church in your pajamas? I do too! On June 20th, let’s all wear our pajamas to church. Kick back, relax, and worship in your Father’s house like it is your own!

Leap of Faith recorded Casting Crown’s “Oh My Soul” for inclusion in the worship service during the Western PA Reconciling Ministries Network’s Love in Action event.
If you wish to attend in-person worship, there is no longer the need to make reservations.
We have returned to our regular worship schedule, with both 9:00 am contemporary and 11:00 am traditional services.
There are many worship opportunities for Holy Week and Easter at SUMC, both in-person and online. Get all the details.
As we look forward to Easter, let’s not forget the path Jesus walked to get there. We stand in awe and wonder. We know the greatness of our God.

Friday evening, join us on Zoom at 7 p.m. for an Ecumenical Tenebrae service. This service will take us through the seven last sayings of Jesus Christ on the cross.
We will meet at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 11:15 am and begin the Crosswalk throughout our community at 11:30 am. The Cross will come to rest at Sewickley United Methodist Church where we will host a service focused on Jesus’s time on the cross.
At Noon and 7 pm, we will celebrate Holy Communion in small groups. Register in advance for the time that is most convenient for you.
Day light saving time begins at 2:00 am on Sunday, March 14 (and we lose an hour of sleep). Don’t worry though; if you forget to change your clocks, you can watch the recording of our service later.
Lost are saved, find their way at the sound of your great name.
We are planning on 3 services on April 4, and you can help adorn the sanctuary with flowers.
The Worship Committee is searching for people to serve on the Altar Guild. This position involves getting the sanctuary ready for worship.
