Resentment: You’re not welcome here
It is just not fair! They didn’t work as hard as I did. They don’t deserve that. What good have they ever done? It is just not fair!
Are these words that you have ever said before? Sometimes we slip into an attitude of resentment toward others. Instead of just being happy for God’s grace in their lives, we become bitter and resentful of the good we see. Much like not forgiving someone else, harboring resentment only prevents us from being free to live in peace and harmony. It is our problem, not theirs. And we are here to say, it’s not welcome here.
