Do you have a favorite pillow or a favorite side of the bed to sleep on? I bet when you sit down in the living room, you have a chair you like more than all others. How about a coffee cup? Are you partial to one cup over the hundred other cups you have up in your cupboard? Isn’t it good to know we are not furniture, and God is not us? There is no partiality in the love of Jesus. He loves us each the same. No matter how many flowers you have bought him to win his love, you simply can’t do it. And praise the Lord for it, because that also means that no matter how much we mess up, that love still doesn’t change!
