Grab a bag and fill it with non-perishable items for a family’s breakfast. Examples: Pancake mix, syrup, juice, and canned/jarred fruit; or Cereal, juice, and canned/jarred fruit; or Hot Cereal, juice, and fruit. Grocery bags with a list of suggested items are available outside the church office, but you may use any bag.
September 20th is the 4th Sunday collection, but you may bring your donations at any time and place them in the grocery cart in the hallway near the library. Monetary donations are welcome, as well—just mark “Food Pantry” on your donation.
The Sewickley Community Food Pantry provides assistance to persons within the Quaker Valley School District and is open on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. It is located at 15 Chadwick Street in Sewickley (part of the Community Center).
