Sewickley United Methodist Church is not a building, but a people who have gathered to do God’s work in the world. We share our talents, our time, and our monetary donations to minister to each other, help those in need, and spread God’s word. Our ministries serve the Lord locally, nationally, and globally.
There are two groups for children to participate in the handbell ministry at SUMC: the Rainbow Ringers and the Junior Clocktower Ringers.
We provide an entertaining, educational, and religious video or activity for kids ages 4 to 12 during both of our worship services.
Every November, the Simpson Room is filled with the aroma of thousands of home-baked cookies during this fundraiser and fellowship event.
We have a variety of Bible and Christian study groups that meet in-person Sundays and throughout the week.
