October’s suggested items are cans of stew, chili, or hearty soup. QVSD residents in need are assisted by the Sewickley Community Center Food Pantry, Chadwick Street, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 1 pm (note the changed hours). Emergency needs may be addressed by calling the center at 412-471-5430; select the Food Pantry option. SUMC also maintains a small pantry for those with immediate needs.
