St. Paul’s United Methodist Church’s Working for Justice (WFJ) group will be traveling to Harrisburg to participate in CeaseFirePA’s Advocacy Day to End Gun Violence on May 7, 2024. A bus is being arranged to leave from the church parking lot to take participants to and from the event, and there is space for additional people. The bus group will be meeting with legislators and participating in advocacy discussions related to ending community violence via firearms. To register, see CeaseFirePA’s website. For questions and to arrange travel with the group from St. Paul’s, contact WFJ Chairperson Michael Dimonte.
