The tradition continues with our Annual Haunted House here at SUMC. This year’s theme is “Take a Break at Camp Crystal Lake.”
Thank you to EVERYONE that has volunteered at the Pumpkin Patch. We are down to the last week, and we need your help to sell those pumpkins!
We’re hoping to add baked goods to this year’s Haunted House in an effort to support the “Look Up, Lift Up” capital campaign.
The United Women in Faith of the Sewickley United Methodist Church will host a Rummage Sale for Missions on Friday, November 6 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, November 7 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Sewickley UM Church located at 337 Broad Street.
The Tuesday Women’s Group will be setting up a Cookies & Cider table at the pumpkin patch each Saturday in October.
The Pumpkin Patch is open EVERY DAY until Halloween, which means we need everyone who is able to help run our pumpkin stand!
The 19th annual SUMC Haunted House is coming soon and is looking for some fresh blood… I mean volunteers!
The Pumpkin Patch opened on September 19th and will be open every day until October 31st. With the Pumpkin Patch being open every day, we need more volunteers than ever to keep this vital fundraiser going.
The Cookie Walk is coming on November 21st from 9:00–11:00 am. It’s time to show off your favorite cookie recipe or perhaps try out a new one!
We’re bringing back the Halloween party and auction fundraiser for our Look Up, Lift Up Capital Campaign.
The winner will receive 2 game tickets for Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 1:00 pm vs. the Cleveland Browns.

We will be giving away large bags of straw after we finish unloading the pumpkins.
The Pumpkin Patch is coming, and we need your help. This year is going to be bigger than ever with two unloading days. The first full truckload will arrive on Saturday, September 19th at 9:00 am. And the 2nd, half-truckload, will arrive on Saturday, October 10.
We need a team of individuals to help unload pallets from the truck to the church lawn in preparation for pumpkin arrival on September 19th.
May Mart returns to Broad Street with the theme “Keeping Sewickley Green.”
Our Good Neighbor Ministry is sponsoring a Spring Fling Event on Sunday, May 3rd, in between services, as well as after the 11:00 am service.
