On November 27th, we will celebrate UM Student Sunday. United Methodist Student Day invites the church to support United Methodist students in achieving their educational goals.
Come help decorate the church for Light Up Night and Christmas!

The UNITED WOMEN IN FAITH will have a luncheon meeting after the traditional service on Sunday, November 20, in the Simpson Room.
On December 2nd from 5 to 9 pm, we will once again be celebrating Light Up Night and opening our sanctuary to visitors!
Beginning Sunday, November 27th, the first Sunday in Advent, from 6 to 8 pm, and the following Sundays in Advent, we will have an all-church Bible study.

Sewickley UMC is collecting Thanksgiving Bags for the food pantry. You are asked to take a bag, purchase the non-perishable items, and return the filled bag with the list attached.
October was a huge month for SUMC! Our annual operating budget, on the receipt side, includes 4 fundraisers: Pumpkin Patch, Haunted House, Seasonal Dinner, & Cookie Walk. 3 of the 4 were held in October.
The Cookie Walk is November 19th, 9 - 11 am. Please be thinking of your favorite festive cookie and candy recipes, and sign up.
If you have leftover Halloween candy, and don't know what to do with it, you can donate it to FOTC.
The Women United in Faith will have a RUMMAGE SALE FOR MISSIONS Friday, November 4, 3 to 7 pm, and Saturday, November 5, 9 am to 1 pm.
Family and friends of Bola Nicholson will be walking in her memory on November 13 and would love your support!
Fellowship of the Cross will be selling Christmas ornaments, nativity sets, jewelry, and stocking stuffers from a tree in the rear of the sanctuary. We will be there before, between, and after worship services. 100% of the proceeds from our sale are returned to Ornaments 4 Orphans.
Thank you to everyone who met the fill-the-schedule challenge. Diane and Pastor Hannah will let the gourd times roll and joyfully receive pies in the face SUNDAY after the 11 am service.

On November 6th during both worship services we will recognize the saints who have passed from among us.

This is a wonderful time to understand the overall health of our congregation and how we are living out the call to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Please join us on November 7th at 7 pm in the Sanctuary. All are invited to join us.
