In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, “Brooklyn” will be shown on Saturday, March 18 at 6 pm.  “Brooklyn” received a number of Oscar nominations in 2016, including Best Picture and Best Actress. It tells the story of an Irish immigrant who lands in 1950s Brooklyn, where she quickly falls into a romance with a local. When her past catches up with her, however, she must choose between two countries and the lives that exist within. We meet in the parlor, and enjoy fellowship and discussion. Everyone is welcome!
