Our pumpkins arrive October 2 at 9 am. We need volunteers for unloading, selling, and cleaning up. This is our largest fundraiser and supports the church’s General Fund.
To help celebrate 20 years, we’d like to do special activities on weekends to help thank the community for all of their support. If we have volunteers able to help in addition to the sales people, we can give back through the special activities. Let us know if you’d like to help out and which Saturday or Sunday you can help with.
Face painting
Pumpkin painting lessons
Serve cider and pumpkin baked goods
Carnival games that will need to be redecorated with pumpkin/fall theme
Sand art
Any other talents you are willing to share
Storytime — We need someone to coordinate this by scheduling readers and giveaways. We have tried to do this when preschools visit the patch. This can also be scheduled anytime, but we’d have to advertise those times to attract participants.
