You are invited to spend the day building your skills in recognizing, responding to, and supporting someone who is experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. Each participant will receive a mental health first aid manual and workbook, plus a breakfast snack and lunch will be provided. This class will be taught by certified MHFA instructor Karen Slusser. Register by January 10. Class limited to 30 participants. The Pittsburgh District is covering most of the costs but is requesting a $10 fee per person to help offset the cost of books and food.
