If you would like to help adorn the chancel with red geraniums for Pentecost Sunday, please complete an order/dedication form. Orders are due this Sunday, May 13. Order forms are in the rear of the sanctuary and for your convenience, available as a downloadable PDF.
We will celebrate Heritage Sunday this Sunday. As we gather for fellowship after the 11 am service, we will celebrate this year with the theme of common foods.
If you would like to purchase flowers to adorn the chancel on Easter Sunday, please complete an order form. The order form can be downloaded here and will also be included with the announcement insert on Sunday. This Sunday is the deadline to place an order.
Due to a number of factors impacting costs, our flower vender has increased the cost of altar flowers to $50. This change will take place in April. If you’ve signed up to sponsor flowers in April or later and wish to change your mind, please let the office know.
Daylight savings time begins at 2 am on Saturday, March 10. Don’t forget, or you might be late to church on Sunday!
Ash Wednesday will be observed this coming Wednesday, February 14, at St. Matthew’s AME Zion Church (345 Thorn St, Sewickley).
Ash Wednesday dinner and service will take place on February 14th. Dinner is at 6:00 with the service at 7:00. Please take a dish for the buffet table.

This year the children will be putting on a Christmas pageant called Finding Christmas Under the Sea, which is a spoof on Finding Nemo.
Join us this Saturday, June 24th at 6:00 pm, for our annual Pride Celebration—a contemporary worship service featuring Leap of Faith and guest speaker Jeff Miller. A reception will follow at 7:00.
Please respond if you can serve as an usher or greeter at 11 am this Sunday or for an upcoming Sunday (greeters for 9 and 11 am, and ushers for the 11 am service are needed each week!!) Please volunteer!
