Have you ever bought a pair of shoes because you really, really liked them, but they were the wrong size? I mean, after all, all you have to do is wear a pair of thick socks or perhaps make sure you only wear them on days you will be doing the smallest amount of walking. But by the end of the day, regardless of what you did, your feet are blistered, sore, and rightfully angry at you. Shoes are not a one-size-fits-all type of thing, and neither are you. If we don’t stop trying to fit people into molds they weren’t meant to fill, we will do way more harm than good.
